Includes historical issues of organ cadaveric allotransplantation, basics of transplant immunobiology, immunobiological selection of donor-recipient pair, mechanisms of transplant rejection, prevention and treatment of rejection, diagnosis of brain death, legal and legal aspects of transplantation in Ukraine and liver, heart, features glands, lungs, etc.

Students must have theoretical knowledge of surgery, be able to examine surgical patients, prescribe laboratory and instrumental diagnostic methods, interpret their results, know the indications and contraindications to surgical interventions for surgical pathology, know the basic stages of open and minimally invasive operations.
